<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, Serba Dinamik said its wholly-owned subsidiary Serba Dinamik International Ltd on March 23 entered into a shareholders’ agreement with Junaco to form a strategic collaboration and to govern the material aspects of the JV, conduct of the business, and management of Sufini.</p></div>
