KUALA LUMPUR (June 25): Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd secured about RM465.1 million worth of new contracts involving operations and maintenance (O&M) besides engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (EPCC) projects via wholly-owned subsidiaries Serba Dinamik Sdn Bhd (SDSB) and PT Serba Dinamik Indonesia.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, Serba Dinamik said SDSB secured seven O&M contracts and one EPCC contract. Serba Dinamik said Serba Dinamik Indonesia clinched three O&M contracts and two EPCC projects.

The contracts involve projects in Malaysia, Indonesia, Bahrain, Kazakhstan and the United Arab Emirates, Serba Dinamik said. The group clinched contracts from clients, including Petronas Dagangan Bhd, Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd and Pertamina Balikpapan Hospital, the filing added.

"The contracts secured will not have any effect on the issued share capital and the shareholdings of the substantial shareholders of the company. The contracts secured are not expected to have any material effect on the net assets of Serba Dinamik and its group of companies for the financial year ending 31 December 2018.

"The contracts secured are expected to contribute positively to Serba Dinamik Group’s earnings for the financial year ending 31 December 2018," Serba Dinamik said.
