<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, ACE Market-listed SCH said its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary Sin Chee Heng Sdn Bhd had entered into two sale and purchase agreements with Top Good Properties Holdings Sdn Bhd for the proposed disposals.</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>It added that the collective original cost of investment for these two properties was RM1.77 million.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>SCH said the proposed disposals provide it with the opportunity to realise the properties’ value, which has increased since its acquisition in 1994; and to provide immediate cash flow which can be channelled towards the group’s business operations for working capital purposes.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>The group expects to complete the proposed disposals in the second quarter of 2019.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>SCH shares closed unchanged at 10 sen today, giving it a market capitalisation of RM55.55 million. Year-to-date, the counter's share price has halved from 20 sen on Dec 29 last year.</p></div>
