HALLOWEEN parties are usually decorated with haunted buildings with the sound of eerie played on loop. This Halloween party, where thousands of people are expected to attend however, will make you groove to the music and will no doubt scare the living daylights out of you.

 The Dark Party, its first edition in Kuala Lumpur, will see thousands gathered at the KL Live at Life Centre on Nov 2 for the Halloween party of the year. The Dark Party pairs up DJs to spin their tunes back to back from dusk till dawn and will also feature aerialist, flow and circus art performances, and partygoers will be thrilled by a “scary” guest, winner of Asia’s Got Talent 2017, The Sacred Riana.

 “The city of Kuala Lumpur is very much designed for partying at the rapid growth of entertainment and nightlife where numerous Halloween parties and events are held every year. However, we always felt that the EDM (Electronic Dance Music) and aerialist, flow and circus art talents were not properly represented. As the engineer and creator of events, we felt the need to elevate the status of DJs and crafted a never-before-seen DJ pairing set spinning back to back from dusk to dawn, combining gravity-defying aerialist, flow and circus artist performances by the original cast of Cré Arts Asia Southeast Asia’s largest modern circus troupe and also a special “scary guest” at the party,” said Chris Lo, founder of CES Creative Events Solution.

 The Edge Financial Daily was invited to The Dark Party media launch at Sunway Velocity Mall recently where the line-up of DJs, namely DJ Wyntella with DJ Cross Finger, DJ Jenni-F with DJ MK, DJ Rachel B with DJ Deadwood and DJ Ken Fung with DJ Keith Mintz, who are reputable and recognised for electronic music experts and have worked with international artists such as The Chainsmokers, TJR, Sidney Samson, were announced.

 As the audience at the media launch thought the event had ended, acclaimed Riana made her special appearance as the display screen unexpectedly opened.

 “No Halloween is complete without inviting ‘scary guest’ to our party. This year, we are bringing you The Sacred Riana to bring thrills to partygoers at The Dark Party. We are excited and are claiming the title of Kuala Lumpur’s Scariest Halloween Party of the Year” added Lo after Riana’s appeared at the launch recently.

 The Edge Financial Daily came to know during an exclusive interview with The Sacred Riana at the media launch that  Riana “does not speak”. Meanwhile, her manager Bow Vernon revealed that Riana will be having her own movie filmed in Indonesia which is set to premiere in 2019. Vernon also said that Riana is engaged by America’s Got Talent to perform in the US for a period of six months.
