KUALA LUMPUR: The Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) has revoked three undischarged bankrupts’ Capital Markets Services Representative’s Licences (CMSRLs) due to their financial status.

In a statement yesterday, the SC said they are Norhashmilaidi Hashim, Ngan Piang Heng @ Ngam Siong Fook and Abd Malik Abu Bakar.

“Norhashmilaidi, Ngan and Malik were formerly attached with Affin Hwang Investment Bank Bhd, AmInvestment Bank Bhd and Malacca Securities Sdn Bhd respectively. The CMSRLs of all three individuals were revoked when they were found to be undischarged bankrupts.

“Norhashmilaidi, Ngan and Malik have not filed any appeal against SC’s decision within the prescribed time as provided under the CMSA (Capital Markets and Services Act 2007),” the SC said.
