<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>The company will provide maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services for Boeing 737 series and Airbus A320 family aircraft at the new facility in the airport.</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>In a statement yesterday, Sapura Resources said the CAAM in November last year granted Sapura Technics a provisional approval, after the submission of its application in March. The AMO certificate was granted on Feb 5 this year.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>“Sapura Technics will also be pursuing the European Aviation Safety Agency, the US Federal Aviation Administration and other regional civil aviation authorities’ approvals,” it added.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>“Sapura Technics has been rigorously gearing up in the past months for capability readiness. As part of the stringent approval process, Sapura Technics received their first customer’s aircraft for minor checks in December last year to demonstrate their capability to the CAAM,” said Sapura Resources.</p></div>
