<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>According to the filings with Bursa Malaysia on Tuesday (Oct 11), Cheah has more than 30 years of experience in the fast-moving consumer goods industry, primarily in the areas of sales and marketing, and business re-engineering.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>The 61-year-old held various senior sales and marketing positions in companies such as Rothmans of Pall Mall Bhd, British American Tobacco Bhd and Carlsberg Brewery Malaysia Bhd, before he went to head the sustainable development division at IRIS Corp Bhd for five years.</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Meanwhile, Kajendra is currently an independent director of Mieco Chipboard Bhd.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>The 48-year-old started his career with Ernst &amp; Young, Kuala Lumpur in 1999 in the Corporate Recovery &amp; Insolvency department, before he moved to Ernst &amp; Young, London in 2008.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>From 2013 to 2022, Kajendra worked with BRDB Developments Sdn Bhd and within the BRDB group of companies.</p></div>
