PETALING JAYA (Nov 20): The Real Estate and Housing Developers Association (Rehda) is expected to issue a statement tomorrow on the Cabinet directive to Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur (DBKL) to halt approvals for four types of developments.

It is understood that Rehda will be releasing the press statement tomorrow afternoon to air its opinions on the move.

DBKL has been ordered to indefinitely cease approvals for shopping complexes, offices, serviced apartments and luxury condominiums priced over RM1 million effective Nov 1, on concerns of a potential glut in the market for these types of properties.
