Get into the spirit of the season with, well, the spirits of the season

We love a good Christmas party. And part of a carefully curated house party involves selecting the right liquors and spirits for the evening with suitable drinkware to hold them. So, to complement any fine wine, delicate champagne and, not forgetting smooth whiskies or rich cognacs, here is a showcase of perfect drinkware for your festive table.

Champagne o’clock
Moët & Chandon presents its new festive limited collection, Bursting Bubbles, which features the Moët Impérial champagne. The Hennessy V.S.O.P Privilège sports a limited edition matte-purple bottle and coffret designed by Carnovsky (the artistic duo of Francesco Rugi and Silvia Quintanilla). The blend boasts a versatile cognac that easily matches every tasting occasion, whether served neat, on the rocks or in a more creative mix.

All you can drink
The fourth release of the legendary Bruichladdich Black Art whisky — Bruichladdich’s marriage of sweet, fruity and mellow oakiness in Black Art 4 — is Master Distiller Jim McEwan’s finest creation. The luxurious Rémy Martin Carte Blanche à Baptiste Loiseau combines an exceptional aromatic strength and finesse with notes of leather, incense and black tea — a smooth and remarkable style that is quintessentially Rémy Martin.

Bittersweet pleasures
Introducing Martell NCF — Martell’s first non-chill filtered cognac — with sensual hints of apricot jam and vanilla that are enriched with notes of mandarin and pink grapefruit after swirling. The opening salvo of The Glenlivet range, The Glenlivet Founder’s Reserve is a classic Glenlivet that has a creamy and fruity character bolstered by the use of first-fill American oak in its maturing.

A toast to elegance
Created by Maurice Hennessy in 1870 for his circle of friends, the signature Hennessy X.O takes on a new look as a result of a collaboration with Baccarat’s resident designer and sculptor, Thomas Bastide. The Moët Impérial, Moët & Chandon’s iconic champagne created in 1869, embodies the house’s distinctive style, distinguished by its bright fruitiness, seductive palate and elegant maturity.
