PETALING JAYA (July 20): Six police officers were spotted entering former premier Datuk Seri Najib Razak’s Taman Duta home this morning, reported Berita Harian.

The officers paid a visit to his house after Deputy Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Noor Rashid Ibrahim confirmed yesterday (July 19) that Najib had been summoned by the police once more to give a statement on the 1Malaysia Development Bhd (1MDB) scandal which is currently the subject of an international probe.

Earlier this month, he had been charged with three counts of criminal breach of trust and one count of abuse of power in connection with the appearance of RM42 million from former 1MDB unit SRC International Bhd in his bank account.

Najib has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
