<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, Perak Transit said its 99.89%-owned subsidiary, The Combined Bus Services Sdn Bhd, is buying the land from Pasti Kenari Sdn Bhd for RM7.97 million.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>At this juncture, the group said that it is unable to determine the construction cost for the terminal to be built on the land as the construction project is still at its preliminary stage and the approvals have yet to be obtained from the authorities</p></div>
