<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Aminuddin is also the CEO of Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Perak (PKNP), which holds a 52.9% stake in Perak Corp as at April 16 this year. PKNP is a Perak government agency established in 1967 to boost economic and socio-economic development within the state.</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>There has been no announcement from PKNP so far as to whether Aminuddin would also be relinquishing his position in the state agency.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Perak Corp's share price fell 5.5 sen or 8.94% to 56 sen today, giving it a market capitalisation of RM56 million.</p></div>
