<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>In a separate announcement today, Diversified Gateway said that it would appoint Messrs Grant Thornton Malaysia as its auditors following the resignation of Messrs BDO effective Oct 24.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>“The board is not aware of any matters relating to the resignation of BDO as auditors that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of Diversified Gateway,” the group said.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Shares in Diversified Gateway were unchanged today at a six sen, giving the group a market captialisation of RM89.49 million. The stock has revisited the one-year low level of 6 sen since Sept 28.</p></div>
