KUALA LUMPUR (July 16): Dialog Group Bhd executive chairman Tan Sri Dr Ngau Boon Keat indicated his intention to deal in the company's shares during the close period ahead of the announcement of the oil and gas support service provider's fourth quarter results. 

"This announcement is made on behalf of Tan Sri Dr Ngau Boon Keat, executive chairman of Dialog Group Bhd, who has indicated to the company of his intention to deal in Dialog shares, either under his own name or through a party connected to him as listed in the attachment, during the closed period up to the date of announcement of Dialog's unaudited fourth quarter financial results for the financial year ended 30 June 2018," Dialog told Bursa Malaysia on Friday (July 13).

According to the attachment, Ngau already owns direct and indirect stakes of 1.17% and 18.86% respectively in Dialog. Ngau's indirect stake is held via his spouse and children, besides  Azam Utama Sdn Bhd, Wide Synergy Sdn Bhd, GMC Sdn Bhd and WRN Sdn Bhd.
