<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>MyEG said the plot measures 8.89-acre, and that it has accepted the offer yesterday from Johor Corp for the 30-year lease, which comes with an option to renew for another 30 years.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>“JCorp shall assist the company in executing the necessary applications and provide other assistance to obtain the development order (DO) (for the land),” MyEG said.</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>According to MyEG, the lease will be financed through internally-generated funds and will be fully satisfied in cash.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Shares in MyEG closed unchanged at RM2.15 per share today on 10.05 million shares crossed, giving it a market capitalisation of RM7.75 billion.</p></div>
