<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>The proposed nature of business for the subsidiary includes that of money-lending, financial agents and financiers in general, the group said in a filing to Bursa Malaysia today.</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>The licence, which is governed by Moneylenders Act 1951 and renewable every two years, is valid till March 14, 2020.&nbsp;</p></div>
