KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 4): Former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak and wife Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor left the Kuala Lumpur Court Complex together at 12.30pm today.

The couple, who are both facing a combined 49 graft-related charges, managed to pose for the media but did not comment on the separate court cases involving them.

Najib managed to stop to shake hands with a few supporters. The couple were smiling when as they entered a black sedan to leave the premises together, having spent just under four hours there.

Najib is currently facing 32 charges involving over RM2 billion in state-owned fund 1MDB and RM42 million in its former subsidiary SRC International Sdn Bhd which were transferred to his personal bank account.

Meanwhile, Rosmah was today slapped with 17 charges under Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities Act (AMLA) 2001 over RM7.1 million transferred into her personal bank account.

Earlier, Najib managed to enter the court room where Rosmah's charges were mentioned, and stayed for a while before leaving for his own case management today.

Both pleaded not guilty on all charges. Najib's case management has been postponed to Oct 31. Rosmah's case is set for mention on Oct 11.
