KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 15): Malayan Flour Mills Bhd said its chief financial officer Goh Swee Eng resigned from his post today to pursue his personal interests.
Goh, 45, is a Certified Public Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA) and Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and has more than 20 years of experience in audit and finance functions.
"He began his career in an international accounting firm and in later years joined the manufacturing and property development industries where he has held regional and senior managerial positions in finance, internal audit, corporate services and supply chain management functions," the group said in a filing today.
Malayan Flour Mill's share price shed 8 sen or 3.7% to RM2.08 today, for a market capitalisation of RM1.15 billion.
