<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Ruhaizah was the deputy secretary general (policy) for the Ministry of Transport and had been appointed to MAHB's board on June 3, 2016.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>In a filing to Bursa Malaysia, the group also announced the resignation of alternate director Datuk Chua Kok Ching.</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>"Datuk Chua Kok Ching has ipso facto ceased as an alternate director to Datuk Ruhaizah Mohamed Rashid on the board of directors of Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd with effect from July 7, 2017," it said.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Chua is currently the deputy secretary general (management) in the Ministry of Transport.</p></div>
