CYBERJAYA: Mah Sing Group Bhd held a topping-up ceremony for the residential component of the group’s integrated development Garden Plaza in Cyberjaya, signifying the completion of the development’s structure.

“We are pleased to share that the residential components at Garden Plaza are fully sold. We are confident that the final release of Garden Boulevard Retail Shops will also be quickly taken up as buyers would want to tap the potentials offered by the development,” chief exectutive officer and executive director Ng Chai Yong said at the event on Tuesday.

Garden Plaza is an integrated development offering both residential and commercial products with an estimated gross development value of RM436 million. It is  scheduled to be completed by end of March this year.

The commercial component of Garden Plaza, called Garden Boulevard Retail Shops, comprises 58 units of premier retail shops and small office/flexible office (SoFo) units in two towers, Cambridge and Oxford Towers.

The SoFo units in both towers will have built-up areas ranging from 1,824 sq ft to 1,833 sq ft.

“Mah Sing is confident that the final release of Garden Boulevard will be well-received. Garden Boulevard is set to be a great investment for retailers as the development has the advantage of tapping into the ready catchment within the Garden Plaza and Garden Residences enclave as well.  With these advantages, investors can be assured of two-year guaranteed returns,” said Ng.
