KUALA LUMPUR (Dec 13): The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) has received the green light from the Attorney General's Chambers to charge former Federal Land Development Authority (FELDA) chairman Tan Sri Mohd Isa Abdul Samad in court tomorrow.

Isa, who is also an ex-board member of Syarikat Felda Investment Corp Sdn Bhd (FIC) and the ex-chairman of FIC, will be charged at 9am at the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court with regards to the purchase of a hotel by the FIC, the MACC said in a statement.

He was present at the MACC headquarters in Putrajaya at 10.48am today to sign the proclamation that he will be present at court.
