<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner>KUALA LUMPUR (Dec 9): Lembaga Tabung Haji (LTH) has acquired an additional 3.31 million shares or 1.02% stake in Petra Energy Bhd via three separate blocks since beginning of this month. 
 
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, Petra Energy said the country's largest Islamic fund manager had acquired some 237,500 shares on Dec 2, followed by 1.78 million shares on Dec 3. 
 
The most recent purchase was on Dec 4, which saw LTH acquiring some 1.29 million shares in the company. 
 
Following the purchases, LTH owns 22.76 million shares or 8.63% in Petra Energy. 
 
Petra Energy shares closed unchanged at RM2.05, giving it a market capitalisation of RM659.59 million.
