KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 21): Johor-based property player KSL Holdings Bhd's wholly-owned unit has launched a new easy-entry with attractive package to buyers of the high-rise Maple Residences and the landed project Ridgewood Residences at Bandar Bestari, in Klang.

The package, launched by Khoo Soon Lee Realty Sdn Bhd, is the company's response to market challenges by providing financial flexibility, a statement from Khoo Soon Lee Realty read.

Khoo Soon Lee Realty project director Patrick Khoo said the initiative is to mark the company's over 30 years in the property industry and to help customers own their dream home.

“The initiatives was drawn to address issues arising from economic uncertainties that were affecting buyers, especially in terms of getting their dream home."

"They only have to pay for the booking fees as low as RM3,000 to own a unit in Canary Garden (at Bandar Bestari in Klang) depending on the type of properties," he said.

Under the initiative, Khoo Soon Lee Realty will bear other entry costs like legal fees and stamp duty on the sale and purchase agreement and loan agreement.

Additionally, for other projects like Commercial City and Canary Garden Phase 1, Khoo Soon Lee Realty is providing a 'Rent Now Buy Later' scheme, which allows a prospective buyer to rent the home first with certain monthly rental, which translates to home deposit in 12 months.

Separately, Khoo Soon Lee Realty said it is now focusing on developing Ridgewood Residences, which spans over 27 acres of freehold land. There will be 80 units of semi-detached homes with a land area of 34x70 sq ft.

Besides its maiden venture into Klang with the Canary Garden, the company is also responsible for developing 18 Madge, Ampang in Kuala Lumpur.
