It also has the added advantage of being located in the vicinity of the existing plants, about 1km away, easing management and logistic matters.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>"Furthermore, being located in a free trade zone facilitates the export process as compared to the existing plants holding licensed manufacturing warehouse which is more bureaucratic," it said.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>K-One plans to fund the proposed acquisition via internally generated funds.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Barring unforeseen circumstances, the acquisition is expected to be completed by May 2018.</p></div>
