<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>In multiple filings with Bursa Malaysia today, Perwaja disclosed that Kinsteel had disposed of a total of 31.7 million shares on Dec 19 and Dec 22 for RM1.69 million, which was done through married deal.&nbsp;</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>It is worth noting that the transactions were done before its EGM yesterday (Dec 23).&nbsp;</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Perwaja has closed unchanged at 6 sen today, giving it a market capitalisation of RM33.6 million. The stock has plunged 81.25% from a high of 32 sen on Feb 17 to six sen today.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>According to theedgemarkets.com, Perwaja’s volatility at 5 on a scale of 1 to 5, 1 being the least volatile.</p></div>
