KUALA LUMPUR: Kerjaya Prospek Group Bhd has bagged a RM77 million contract to build a 24-storey office building in Mutiara Damansara, Selangor.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, Kerjaya Prospek said its wholly-owned subsidiary Kerjaya Prospek (M) Sdn Bhd (KPSB) had accepted a letter of award from TSM Towers Sdn Bhd to undertake building and external works of the proposed development project. The proposed commercial building will feature a Grade A, MSC-compliant office building.
The construction works to be undertaken by KPSB will take 15 months to complete, from May 29 to Aug 28 next year.
In a separate statement yesterday, Kerjaya Prospek executive chairman Datuk Tee Eng Ho said the latest award brings the group’s contract wins to RM316 million year-to-date (YTD).
“This is our first project from TSM and Kerjaya Prospek’s third contract award for the year,” he added.
