KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 10): Jaycorp Bhd shares rose as much as three sen or 2% after the company secured a RM16.76 million real estate construction contract in Sabah from Solid Destiny Sdn Bhd.
At 11:03am, Jaycorp shares were traded at their highest so far today at RM1.43, with a volume of 181,100 shares. At RM1.43, Jaycorp is valued at RM191.47 million.
Yesterday, Jaycorp told Bursa Malaysia that its 60%-owned unit Jaycorp Engineering & Construction Sdn Bhd (JECSB) had signed the contract for the construction of a seven-storey shop-cum-office at Likas, Kota Kinabalu
Jaycorp said the two-year project was known as Spinnaker SOVO Suite. SOVO stands for serviced office, virtual Office.
Jaycorp said JECSB signed the contract with Solid Destiny on Oct 17, 2016.
