KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 22): Datuk Iskandar Mizal Mahmood will cease to be the chief executive officer (CEO) of Pos Malaysia Bhd come Feb 4, following the end of his secondment from parent DRB-Hicom Bhd.

Pos Malaysia (fundamental: 2.5; valuation: 0.9) made this announcement through a filing with Bursa Malaysia today.

Iskandar was appointed as group CEO of Pos Malaysia on July 15, 2013. He became a group director in DRB-Hicom (fundamental: 1.25; valuation: 1.8) on July 1, 2013. DRB-Hicom owns some 32.21% stake in Pos Malaysia.

Iskandar was the founding CEO and board member of Malaysian Biotechnology Corporation Sdn Bhd, as well as the CEO and board member of Malaysian Technology Development Corporation Sdn Bhd.

He had also held several senior management positions with Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd (fundamental: 0.5; valuation: 0.6).
