KUALA LUMPUR (April 13): Inari Amerton Bhd has revised downward the exercise price of its warrants.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, Inari revised the exercise prices of Warrants 2013/2018 and Warrants 2015/2020 from 13.2 sen to 8.8 sen, and from 80 sen to 53.33 sen, respectively.

Inari had proposed a bonus issuance of up to 1.03 billion new shares and as a result, holders of existing warrants became entitled to additional warrants.

An additional 1.035 million warrants 2013/2018 and 26.3 million warrants 2015/2020 were issued.

The bonus shares and additional warrants will be listed and quoted on Monday, April 16.

The exercise prices of the warrants take effect on Monday.
