<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>From a finance role, he moved up the ranks to work on merger and acquisition, turnaround and portfolio rationalisation, Hume said.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>He was appointed as the managing director of CRH's construction accessories division in Asia in 2012. Lapon had held among others in the region at that time, the position of MD of Halfen-Moment Group until Oct 31, 2012.&nbsp;</p></div>
