KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 3): The High Court of Malaya had on Aug 17 this year, ordered Wintoni Group Bhd to be wound up, upon petition by a creditor of the IT-based company.

Today, Wintoni told Bursa Malaysia that Mohd Afrizan Husain had been appointed as the liquidator to wind up Wintoni. 
 
"The appointment of the liquidator had been gazetted and advertised in national newspapers," Wintoni said.
