<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>In a separate filing, Malakoff announced that its chief financial officer (CFO) Ruswati Othman, 57, has been redesignated as chief strategy and investment officer, which will take effect on Dec 1.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Mohd Nazersham Mansor, 44, will replace Ruswati’s current post. He is currently the CFO of MMC Port Holdings Sdn Bhd, a position he has held since December last year.</p></div>
