KUALA LUMPUR: Habib Husin will assume the duties of chief operating officer at Malakoff Corp Bhd on Dec 1, a position he held back in 2010 before being redesignated as executive vice-president of operations in 2015.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, Malakoff said Habib, 57, has been with the group for 19 years, having joined in July 1998 as the senior manager for its technical audit department.

In a separate filing, Malakoff announced that its chief financial officer (CFO) Ruswati Othman, 57, has been redesignated as chief strategy and investment officer, which will take effect on Dec 1.

Mohd Nazersham Mansor, 44, will replace Ruswati’s current post. He is currently the CFO of MMC Port Holdings Sdn Bhd, a position he has held since December last year.
