<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>According to Caely's filing to the stock exchange this evening, Goh bought 1.7 million Caely shares on Aug 27, which gave him a total holding of 5.3 million shares, representing a substantial 6.6% stake in Caely.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Goh is the chairman of GTM Property, which has interests in property development, as well as hospitality and leisure.</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Caely shares closed 0.8% higher today at RM1.25, giving it a market capitalisation of RM101 million.</p></div>
