<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, Fitters said it had yesterday subscribed for an additional 60 million new shares in Molecor for 50 sen per share or RM30 million by offsetting the amount owed by Molecor to the group as at April 30, 2018.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Following the subscription, the total number of issued shares of Fitters in Molecor stood at 79.5 million shares.</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>According to Fitters' website, Molecor was incorporated in 2013 to manufacture and distribute the "HYPRO" brand of eco-friendly orientated polyvinyl chloride pipes, which are used for water transportation, in Southeast Asia.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Fitters shares closed one sen or 1.28% higher at 40 sen today, with 1.99 million shares traded, bringing it a market capitalisation of RM176.29 million.</p></div>
