KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 22): Holders of Fiamma Holdings Bhd’s Warrants 2008/2018 have been reminded that all outstanding warrants will expire on Nov 26.

Those wishing to convert their warrants into Fiamma shares would need to pay an exercise price of 50 sen for each new share.

“For example, if you wish to exercise 100 Warrants into 100 Fiamma shares, the total exercise price which you need to pay is RM50,” the group said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia.

Fiamma reminded shareholders that any warrant which is not exercised by the expiry date cannot be exercisable thereafter, as it would have become null and void.

“Effective from 9am on Nov 27, 2018, all unexercised Fiamma warrants will be removed from the respective warrant holders’ account (and) will be delisted and removed from the official list of Bursa Securities.

“The last date and time of trading is on Nov 7, 2018 at 5pm,” the company added.

Fiamma said it will make an application to Bursa Securities for the quotation and listing of the new Fiamma shares, eight market days after completing its warrants exercise form.

“As at Oct 15, 2018, being the latest practicable date prior to the printing of this notice, Fiamma has a total of 607,713 outstanding warrants which have not been exercised,” it said.

Fiamma shares rose two sen or 4.17% today to 50 sen, for a market capitalisation of RM252 million.
