<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>The announcement today came&nbsp;after Azhar, 56, was appointed as chairman of Felda Global Ventures Holdings Bhd (FGV) on Sept 8, after Isa gave up the same position in June, following a controversial spat with its then-CEO.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>The appointment of Azhar, who also holds directorships in Icon Offshore Bhd, Hume Industries Bhd, Hong Leong Bank Bhd and Epic Products Bhd, was approved by MSM’s board today, the group said in an announcement to the stock exchange.</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>He was previously managing director in Malakoff Corp Bhd, Tradewinds Corp Bhd and MRT Corp Bhd.</p></div>
