A filing with Bursa Malaysia showed the cooperative sold 1.79 million shares on Oct 7 and another 653,600 shares the next day. On Oct 12, it sold another two million shares.

After the recent disposals, its direct stake in Notion Vtec was reduced to 87.31 million shares or 12.41%.

The share price was trading between 45.5 sen and 46.5 sen during the period, which was the highest since April 2007.
