KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 10): Eversendai Corporation Bhd has landed projects in Singapore, India and Qatar worth about RM406 million in total.
In a filing to Bursa Malaysia today, Eversendai said the jobs were secured via its subsidiaries Eversendai Engineering Pte Ltd (Singapore), Eversendai Construction Pte Ltd (India) and Eversendai Engineering Qatar W.L.L.
It said the project in Singapore was awarded by Sato Kogyo (S) Pte Ltd and comprises building a new hi-tech data processing and computing facility.
The project in India was awarded by Larsen & Toubro Ltd and comprises connection design, supply, fabrication, painting and construction of structural steel diagrid and floor beams for APCRDA Office Building (HOD Towers 3 & 4) at Amarawati, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.
Meanwhile, the project in Qatar was awarded by AG Middle East and comprises engineering, connection design, fabrication, painting supply and installation of structural steel works for Lusail Expressway Al Wahda Arch.
Eversendai said it expects the projects to contribute positively to its earnings for FY2019 and FY2020.
At the midday break today, Eversendai fell 3.6% or 2.5 sen to 67.5 sen with 1.22 million shares traded.
