<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Under the MoU, the parties agree to enter negotiations to set up an Eduspec-branded establishment in KidZania Kuala Lumpur, as well an Eduspec-branded attraction at Level 4 of the The Curve Mall.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>It said the project will debut Eduspec’s initiative to streamline the group STEM business model that targets parents and students beyond the current school market. The new business model involves the edutainment industry as well as learning centres, it said.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Eduspec’s shares closed down 0.5 sen or 12.5% to 3.5 sen, with 1.22 million shares traded, for a market value of RM35.06 million.</p></div>
