PETALING JAYA (Jan 10): EcoFirst Consolidated Bhd will be launching phase two of the Ampang Ukay development which carries a GDV of RM600 million in the second half of this year (2H2019).

According to EcoFirst general manager of marketing and retail leasing Janice Loh, the low density condominium development will offer 656 units spread across three towers. The units have an indicative selling price of around RM480 psf.

She noted that phase two is designed for homebuyers who are looking for spacious homes in a prime location.

“We’re offering big-sized units, ensuring that our residents’ comfort is not compromised. The unit sizes are from 1,600 sq ft including 1,800 sq ft dual key access units and limited premium units of 2,350 sq ft located at the rooftop Sky Terrace,” she told EdgeProp.my.

Envisioned as the little Hong Kong of Kuala Lumpur, Ampang Ukay is a mixed-development sitting on an 84-acre freehold site in Ampang Jaya.

Phase one of Ampang Ukay known as LIBERTY @Ampang Ukay has seen 95% of its fully-furnished 1,632 SoHo units sold since the project was launched in 2017.

Loh added that phase three of the development will be a mixed development, comprising residential towers and commercial lots. It is still in the planning stage.
