<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>“In view of special/investigative audit findings carried out by SH Yeoh and Co relating to identify related party transactions linked to the former CEO, the company’s statutory auditor has requested the company to carry out an investigative review,” D’Nonce said in a stock exchange filing today.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>On Dec 7 last year, the company announced it was suing Law as he had allegedly committed fraud and conspiracy of breaching fiduciary duties.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>The Penang High Court had granted interim orders against Law, which restrained him from dealing with D’Nonce’s securities and exercising any voting rights.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Shares in D’Nonce closed down 1 sen or 2.9% at 34 sen today, leaving the group with a market value of RM81.05 million.</p></div>
