<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>According to the company's filings with Bursa Malaysia, Rozabil sold 3.42 million shares on June 30 and July 1, bringing his stake to 16.18%.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>All in all, Rozabil sold 17.9 million Destini shares in June. All of his shareholding changes during the month involved disposals.</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Shares of Destini have been on a downtrend since the fourth quarter of last year, falling by 63% from 30 sen on Sept 30, 2021.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>On Monday, the stock closed 1.5 sen or 12% lower at 11 sen, giving the company a market capitalisation of RM182.99 million.</p></div>
