SINGAPORE (April 28): Technology firm DeClout says its chairman and group CEO Vesmond Wong Kok Khun, on Tuesday received a “disturbing” Whatsapp message containing demands for Wong’s resignation and threats if he did not do so.

In a Saturday announcement, the group recounts Wong had met the sender of the message Lloyd Moffatt on two occasions, where he introduced himself as the director of Singapore-based fundamental value advisor, Wickhams Hill Capital.
