<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>In a statement to the stock exchange today, CN Asia said SBY’s resignation will take effect after 21 days from today and the company will be appointing a replacement auditor in due course.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>CN Asia’s board of directors said save for the above reason, the company is not aware of any other matters that need to be brought to the attention of its shareholders.</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Main Market-listed CN Asia is principally involved in the manufacturing and trading of underground and skid tanks, dish ends, pressure vessels, road tanker, among others.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>The thinly-traded counter closed half a sen or 0.98% lower at 50.5 sen today, bringing it a market capitalisation of RM22.92 million.</p></div>
