KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 10): China Stationery Ltd said it is aware of several litigation cases against several of its subsidiaries, but is unable to confirm and clarify the accuracy of the matters at the moment.

The subsidiaries involved are Sakura (Fujian) Packaging & Stationery Co Ltd, Sakura (Fujian) Plastics Enterprise Co Ltd and Ruiyuan (Fujian) Enterprise Co Ltd. The group said in its bourse filing today, that it obtained the information from the Chinese government.

“The company is expected to announce an update on the above matter by end of next week,” the group added.
