<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Chin Hin's unit, Chin Hin Academy Sdn Bhd (CHA), today signed a one-year agreement with Bimage Consulting Pte Ltd, which is primarily involved in providing consulting and services in digitizing construction and infrastructure processes.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Under the agreement, CHA will gather market intelligence, provide insights, assist in the preparation of proposals, and introduce prospective customers to Bimage.</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Bimage, meanwhile, will prepare proposals and attend meetings related to business development, sales, technical and pricing matters, Chin Hin said.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>“Bimage shall not engage with the identified customer directly or indirectly during the term of the agreement other than via CHA,” it added.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Chin Hin expects the agreement to contribute positively to its earnings, net assets and gearing.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Chin Hin shares closed 0.5 sen or 0.71% higher at 70.5 sen today, giving the group a market capitalisation of RM392.25 million.</p></div>
