<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner>Eight of the lawsuits were filed by landlords to recover outstanding rents owed and interests accrued by the F&amp;B subsidiaries of Chaswood Resources Sdn Bhd (CRSB).</div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner>The plaintiffs included MTrustee, Jelas Puri, Couture Homes and Putrajaya Holdings. The Chaswood subsidiaries involved were Bistroamericana (SJ), Bistro Italiana (PM), Bistro Italiana (SJ) and Bulgogi Brothers Restaurants.</div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>
