KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 23): Censof Holdings Bhd has bagged a RM3.85 million contract from Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) to undertake a comprehensive maintenance and support services of ePBT financial management system for a tenure of 12 months.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, Censof said its wholly-owned subsidiary Century Software (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd had received a letter of award from DBKL for the proposed project, which is expected to contribute positively to the group's future earnings.

The project will not have any material effect on the issued and paid-up capital, substantial shareholders, net asset per share and gearing of the company and its subsidiary.

"Censof does not envisage any risk factor arising from the contract besides business risk. However, the company will continuously be taking appropriate measures to manage and mitigate the risk," it said.

Censof closed unchanged at 19 sen, for a market capitalisation of RM95.33 million.
