ARA DAMANSARA (Sept 21): Sime Darby Property Bhd will be officially launching Tower C of Cantara Residences serviced apartments this coming Saturday, the developer said in a statement released today.

With a total of 188 units for Tower C, built-ups for the units range from 646 sq ft to 2,145 sq ft, while prices start from RM599,888.

Cantara Residences is a freehold integrated development in Ara Damansara comprising 888 serviced apartment units and 13 commercial units with a link bridge connecting its four residential towers. The project was first launched in May 2016, and to date, Cantara Residences Tower A and Tower B have seen a take-up rates of 96% and 78% respectively.

“This is a chance for homebuyers to own Cantara Residences that cannot be missed. Cantara Residences is being built on one of the last undeveloped plots in Ara Damansara. On top of that, it has great connectivity to major highways and is just 500m from the Lembah Subang LRT station,” said Sime Darby Property senior general manager for township development Zaharudin Sa’at.

Cantara Residences is also easily accessible via highways such as the Federal Highway, New Klang Valley Expressway and Lebuhraya-Damansara Puchong.

Zaharudin added that Cantara Residences is ideal for those who are looking for a calm and relaxing environment which is a notable characteristic of Ara Damansara while enjoying the benefits of living next to a public transport hub and other local amenities.

Facilities include two swimming pools, two wading pools, cool and hot dip pools (with sauna and steam room facilities), two children’s playgrounds (dry and wet play), an aqua gym, a futsal court and jogging track.

The development is expected to completed by 2020.
