<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>WRSB had obtained a 33-year sublease to set up a gold mining operation on a 317.7ha plot in Bukit Mantri, Tawau, Sabah, from Southsea Gold Sdn Bhd. The plot is part of a 1,000ha land that Southsea had secured mining rights to for a period of 35 years — from Jan 1, 2014, to Dec 31, 2048 — from the Sabah government.</p></div>
